Customer Care
Our refund policy covers refunds towards our workshops not attended. We get that things come up and want to be as flexible with our customers.

For cancellations made at least 48 hours (two days) after your initial booking | after any payments, simply use the prompts within your workshop confirmation email (including giving us a call or emailing directly) to either reschedule your workshop / event.

For any cancellations / reimbursements made at least 48 hours (two days) after your initial booking | after any payments:
You can either reschedule your workshop from within your confirmation email or contact us for a Gift card/class credit issued in the amount of class /workshop amounts.
Private events are non-refundable due to the preparation for which goes into the details for each event!
Alcohol, decor as well as food and the like are also welcomed to the liking for guests attending by the person or all individuals attending!
Private label orders are final sale, w / rectifying any unit if needed.

Please note****, workshop tickets purchased for attendance on a date that has passed are not eligible for a refund (you would simply be issued a gift card.

For example, you purchased workshop tickets to attend one of our workshops on 1.10.2000 and you missed the workshop. You then reach out to us approximately 6 months or a year later for a refund. We would only have the ability to issue a gift card, to reschedule.

Our merchandise is eligible for exchange only. Gift-cards are non-transferable and must be used for either taking a workshop or towards merchandise. If you somehow loose your confirmation number/gift-card and we are not able to find your proof of purchase on our end no refund or credit will be issued.

Please note that we do not directly sell or give away any of our customer's information. That we are using an e-commerce site to book our workshops we do not have absolute control over any third-party corporations maneuvering in a way to purchase customer information without consent.

As we proceed with business and notice that this is happening, please note that immediate action will follow to stop such unauthorized privacy invasion.

1. Please register in advance to guarantee open and available seats.
2. If you are ages 8 and up (Interested in a youth chandler class? email us (not an adult? / Must have parent reach out on your behalf).
3. You will pick up candles with-in a week or ship for a flat rate.
4. Workshop time frame - 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours.
5. Capacity - 1 - 30 Guests. Parties larger than 10 (please do reach out to us, so we can best accommodate your arrival).

Cancellation Policy – Full refund up to 48 hours after you have scheduled (i.e. you book with us on 1.2.24 - you'd have the clear to cancel by 1.3.24 and not at a later date). If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled workshop, you can reschedule your workshop via the confirmation email, or contact us via email to do so.
Please read through our policies before registering for a class:

1) Age limitations
Unless otherwise indicated, workshops at Lot 23 Chandler Co are designed for youth/adults ages 8 and older. Because our candle workshops are BYOB, and involves high temperatures, ages 8 to 17 would need to be accompanied by a parent.

2) Punctuality
We get it, things happen and you run late from time to time. Although we won’t give you a tardy slip for being late to class, please be aware that classes start promptly at the designated time.
If you are going to be late*, please call the shop ahead of time and let us know, otherwise, we may begin the class without you and we don’t want to do that!

*If you or any members of your group are going to be over 10-15 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for a later date. Together with being fair to the customers who did arrive on time.
You can easily reschedule your class via your confirmation email prior to the class start time. Or sending us an email.
​
Classes typically run for 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours.

Private Classes:
If you are interested in a private group class with custom times or additional content, please contact us at lot23chandlerco@gmail.com, so we can plan your private event.
Candle Pick-Up:
The candles you make in class will cure overnight and are ready to be picked up the day following your workshop (we are closed Monday's and Tuesday's for admin and rest). We, Lot23 Chandler Co will hold your candles for one week following your candle class. Please make arrangements to pick up before the end of the week!
