Shipping Policy

So you are a visitor to beautiful Atlanta. I bet you did not know that you can't take your freshly poured candles home with you. No worries, almost everyone thinks that.

 

If this is the case for you, you can have your candles shipped right to your doorstep. Note* every two candles ship in one box, per one person.

We only ship to the continental United States. If shipping is required to Hawaii please inquire via a separate email/while in-store, as rates will vary.

The cost of shipping is based on current rates with UPS. Please ask a Chandler for the current shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

So you booked one of our Chandler workshops and could not make it. What now!? We get that things and especially traffic can get in the way of getting to us and on time.

You have some options here:

1. You have the opportunity to reschedule for another workshop. We'd love to get you rescheduled.

2. If you have not taken our Chandler workshop and the current time just isn't working with your schedule we would issue you a refund.

If you have purchased tickets for one of our workshops either for yourself, a group, or as a gift; workshops will not be eligible for a refund after 3 months. Instead, you have the below options:

1. A store card will be issued, for one of our future workshops.

Limited Edition via Third Party items:

Any items we display representing a third-party vendor will follow a return policy of exchange only. However, there are exceptions. This would follow approval from our third-party vendor.
