Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made at least 48 hours (two days) in advance (after your booking), (not two days / or two weeks before your class) simply email us to either reschedule your workshop or go through with a gift card refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours (two days) in advance (after your initial booking): You can either reschedule your workshop from within your confirmation email or contact us for a Gift card/class credit issued in the amount of class fee. Changing Class Dates In the event that something comes up and you need to change your class registration? You can easily reschedule your class via your confirmation email prior to the class start time. Candle Pick-Up! Your candles you make in class will sleep with us overnight and are ready to be picked up the day following your workshop (Monday's + Tuesday's we are closed). We, Lot23 Chandler Co will hold-on to your candles for one week following your candle class, so please make arrangements to pick up before the end of the week! Team | Lot 23 Chandler Co.
